Ep. 1: 72-Hour Race Preview

This week, "Running Times with Gagz" will be remotely releasing a mini-series, "Showdown in the Dome", from Milwaukee, Wisconsin as Gagz runs his first 72-hour race at 6 Days in the Dome.

In this first episode, recorded just 14 hours before Gagz will toe the starting line, listeners can get a preview of the race format and Gagz's plans, mindset, and goals.

Listeners will also hear from his crew, Alden Roth and John Castellaneta, who will updates and color commentary to listeners over the next few days while Gagz is running.

Ep. 2: Firing Up the Diesel Engine

In the second installment, Gagz begins his 72-hour race. With hiccups in the first few hours, he was able to settle into a groove and knock down some miles. Ep. 3: Getting Punched in the Mouth

After a great first 50 miles, the wheels start to fall off. Alden and John discuss what it's like to crew for this race, and Gagz reflects on what it's like to run in a race with ultra-endurance legends.

The race is halfway over, but Gagz isn't ready to quit... or is he? Alden and John discuss the many ups and downs of the day, and Gagz talks a fair amount of shit to cap the day.

Ep. 5: I’m Built For This

The clock is ticking, and with only hours left can Gagz pull out the win? Alden and John wrap up their crewing experience, and Gagz provides some post-race insight.
